پہلے لال مرچ، انار دانہ، اجوائن، ثابت دھنیا، زیرہ، سوکھی میتھی اور نمک کو مِکس کریں۔ پھر اس مکسچر کو بیسن میں ملا کر پانی میں گھول لیں۔ اب بریڈ سلائس اس میں ڈپ کرکے گرم تیل میں فرائی کرلیں۔ اور ایک ڈش میں رکھ کر کیچپ کے ساتھ گرم گرم سرو کریں
