Thunder Fillet Peanut Satay Recipe in English

Ingredients:
For 8 fillets
  • Sesame oil.... ½ cup
  • Cumin..... ½ tsp
  • Coriander.... ½ tsp; ground
  • Brown sugar.... 2 tbsp
  • Peanut ....1 cup; crushed
  • Coconut milk..... 2 cups
  • Curry powder.... 2 tsp
  • Tamarind or lemon juice.... 4 tbsp
  • Parsley.... ¼ cup; chopped
Method:
Fry  Thunder Fillet as per instructions given on the pack. Drain Thunder Fillets on a paper towel and arrange on bamboo skewers. Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add cumin, coriander powder and brown sugar to the pan and roast till fragrant. Be careful not to burn the spices. Add peanuts and coconut milk to the pan and bring mixture to boil for a few minutes. Add curry powder and tamarind or lemon juice and sprinkle chopped parsley. Pour sauce over Thunder Fillets and serve with a fresh salad.
