- Combo Wings – 850 grams
- Vegetable oil…. 4 tbsp
- Black pepper…. 2 tsp; freshly ground
- Onion – ½ cup; roughly chopped
- Garlic – ¼ cup; chopped
- Curry powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Tomato ketchup – ½ cup
- Chicken stock – 1 cup
- Fresh ginger – 50 gram; julienned
- Green chillies – ¼ cup; chopped roughly
- Coriander leaves – ½ cup
Prepare K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions given on the pack.
Heat oil in a pan, add black pepper, onions and garlic and sauté for a minute.
Add curry powder, salt, ketchup and pour in chicken stock.
Reduce heat to a medium-low and allow sauce to simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix in cooked Combo Wings, fresh ginger, green chillies and cilantro to the sauce and mix well.
Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve hot.
