Chicken Wing With Mushroom Sauce and Garlic Rice Recipe In English

Ingredients for Mushroom Sauce: 

  • 425g…. Combo Wings 

  • 1 tbsp…. Olive oil 

  • 1 tbsp…. Butter 

  • 1 ….STOK 

  • 2 ….cup Water 

  • 1 ….cup Onion (finely chopped) 

  • 1 tbsp…. garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 ….cup Mushrooms (finely sliced) 

  • Salt…. to taste 

  • 1 tsp…. white pepper 

  • 1/2 tsp…. black pepper

  • ½…. cup cream 

  • 1/2 tsp…. Thyme (dried) 

     Ingredients for Garlic Rice:

  • 1 tbsp….. Oil 

  • 1 tbsp…. Garlic (chopped) 

  • 2 ….cup Rice 

  • 2 tbsp…. Soy sauce 

  • 1 tsp…. Black pepper 

  • Salt…. to taste 

  • Spring onion (sprinkle)

  Method for Mushroom Sauce:

  • Prepare Combo Wings as per the instructions on pack.
  • In a pan heat olive oil, add mushrooms and fry until golden-brown. Set aside.
  • In a separate pan add butter, onion, garlic and cook for 2-3 minute.
  • Then add water and STOK in it.
  • Season it with salt, white pepper, black pepper and thyme.
  • In last add cream, fried mushroom and let it simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Add Combo Wings in the gravy mix well and set aside.
  • Directions for Garlic Rice:
  • In a pan boil water, add socked rice, oil and cook completely cooked.
  • In another pan heat oil, add garlic and saute until golden brown.
  • Now add boiled rice, black pepper, salt, soy sauce and mix well. Sprinkle green onion on top.
  • Your rice is ready; serve with mushroom gravy and Enjoy.
