Chicken Tikka Handi Recipe in English

Ingredients:
  • Oil.... 4 tbsp
  • Onion.... ½ cup; finely chopped
  • Ginger Garlic Paste.... 1 tbsp
  • Green Chillies.... 4; chopped
  • Tomato Puree.... 1 cup
  • Salt.... to taste
  • Cumin Powder.... 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder.... 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder.... 1 tsp
  • Almond, Cashew Powder.... 1 tbsp
  • Warm Water ....½ cup
  • Cream.... 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat  Chicken Tikka Chunks as per instructions on pack and set aside. Heat oil and saute onion; add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and tomato puree. Add salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, almond, cashew powder, warm water and cream, and mix. Add Chicken Tikka Chunks to gravy and mix well. Garnish with ginger and fresh coriander, and serve warm.
