Chapli Kabab Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
For 4 frozen: Brinjal - 250 grams; sliced Capsicum - 1; round slices Black pepper - a pinch; freshly ground Tomato puree - 6 tbsp Bread crumbs - ¼ cup Fresh parsley - ½ tbsp; chopped Salt - ½ tsp Cooking oil - 1 tsp
Method:
- Layer an ovenproof dish with 2 frozen Chapli Kabab, 3 capsicum slices, 3 brinjal slices. - Repeat the layering. - Sprinkle black pepper and pour tomato puree. - Sprinkle bread crumbs, parsley and salt. - Drizzle cooking oil all across the plate. - Bake in an oven, preheated to 250°C for 15 minutes and serve.
